Attentive service, fun vibe & thoughtful menu with great flavors. I was so excited to try FlintCreek out as I am a huge fan of their other restaurant RockCreek.

My husband and I used to love going to Flint Creek back when it was an elegant place with white tablecloths and a lovely atmosphere and a wonderful menu.

The service and food, from appetizers, sides, steaks, and dessert were fantastic! Brussels sprouts were delicious as were the roasted carrots, the bison flank, the duck confit, and the salads and pickled vegs. It is always interesting and always changing.
Openly conversating while customers wait, on their phones, etc. They excel in their drinks. We had a few drinks first, as we weren't in any rush, then ordered the squash with burrata and lamb tartare.

Our neighborhood gem indeed, thanks always for a great night of world class food, service, and flint creek restaurant menu experience! They had an odd flavor. Exquisite 48 oz porterhouse that you can share with adults with no problem. Exquisite food and ambiance. Steak was dry and chewy, far from a nice soft medium rare steak.
Awesome culinary experience! Definitely be back again. Great flint creek restaurant menu, love it!
The food is always absolutely delightful. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Lots of food to choose and best Caesar salad I ever had!
We were very happy with what we ordered, overall with only one disappointing side dish, the brussel sprouts. I preferred their beef choices over lamb, duck, or pork felt the latter three dishes were a bit drier than we expected - not sure this is because it takes about 45 - 50 minutes to prepare the porterhouse.
We will absolutely be going back! Once server did arrive, she was great, drinks and food came in a timely manner and we had a wonderful tome. The food and service were great. Wonderful restaurant and the food was well worth the price. Food was generally delicious, save for the ponmes Dauphinois which were underseasoned and terrifically bland.
We highly recommend trying this dish, it was fabulous!!!! We also ordered the house ground Beef Kefta. Which turned out to be excellent as well. Service was chilly—Seattle normal—and underwhelming. Very "energetic" ambiance on a Friday evening made conversation a challenge. This was more than compensated for by the food and service.
We also ordered a flint creek restaurant menu steaks, the lamb neck, and the duck confit, accompanied by sides of carrots and brussel sprouts. And then those chairs It was great, as usual! Overpriced for sure, and the service staff is amateur at https://video-smotri.online/2020/cafe-casino-no-deposit-bonus-codes-november-2020.html. We definitely recommend the squash, grits, carrots, sausage, steaks no need for steak sauce or horseradish hereand the banana split dessert were all scrumptious!
Would highly recommend! Drinks were tasty, expensive as they are in Seattle. Sure--it's a bit loud but the food totally makes up for it! Our wedding anniversary is Leap Day It was our first visit and it was outstanding. My steak was far over cooked. Both were exquisite. This was our second visit to FlintCreek and perhaps even better than the first.
I recommend taking that off the drink menu. The hangar steak was delicious and prepared beautifully, the sides of brussel sprouts and carrots were equally well prepared, and the IPA was cold and delicious.
The start concrete and steel creates a flint creek restaurant menu and jarring acoustic signature that is harsh and extremely grating. Cocktails were pretty on point. We had a delicious meal on Sunday.
As always, very enjoyable. Great, but wish there had been a few more options for the vegetarian in the group.
We will be back! Such a wonderful experience.
All of our steaks were tough and sinewy even if medium rare , with signficant portions of fat. The food was great - the 32 oz wagu dry-aged rib chop was fantastic and prepared medium rare as we requested, the carrots side dish was the hidden gem, and the starters were great too. All sides were perfect. My group did not like the bloody Mary's. It looks like a freak manager hired a bunch of their freak friends to work the floor. We ordered boar and bolognese and everybody dug it! The service and food were amazing. Highly recommend. Good Food for sure and service is good as well. Other than that, great spot! My new york strip steak was charred burnt on the outside and raw on the edge inside - yuck. Ambience was very nice too. Overpriced menu, chairs uncomfortable. We'll go back. This restaurant never fails to exceed my expectations. Such a pleasurable food experience! The food was very good. Loved every minute of it! We ended our meal with molten chocolate cake as per our server Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely visit again for a special occasion! Also, the "bartender" doesn't know how to make basic drinks, and doesn't bother to google recipes, just makes them wrong We came with another couple on a quiet Tuesday night, but FlintCreek was actually busier than expected. Caesar salad was ok. This time we tried the chicken and the duck and they were OK… Nothing special.
